Description
The AR 42171 is an 18mm water seal (packing) kit designed for the high-performance RW, RG, and RWA series triplex plunger pumps from Annovi Reverberi. These pumps are often used in commercial and industrial pressure washing setups, and this kit is essential for maintaining the “wet end” of the pump where the high pressure is generated.
This is a comprehensive kit containing the soft seals required to overhaul all three (3) cylinders.
Compatibility
Kit 42171 is the OEM standard for 18mm versions of the following industrial series:

RW Series: RW 15.15, RW 15.20.

RG Series: RG 15.15, RG 15.20, RG 18.20, RG 21.20.

RWA Series: Often found on custom-built or frame-mounted units.

Note: Many RW/RG pumps also come in 15mm or 20mm versions. Confirm your plunger diameter is exactly 18mm before installation.
Kit Contents
This kit includes the high and low-pressure components for a full three-cylinder rebuild:

When to Replace (Symptoms)

Pulsation at the Nozzle: If one cylinder is leaking, the water flow becomes uneven, causing the hose to vibrate or “throb.”

External Water Leaks: Water dripping from the bottom of the brass manifold head.

Pressure Drop: If the pump fails to reach its rated PSI even with a new nozzle and adjusted unloader.

Milky White Oil: A clear sign that the low-pressure seals have failed and water is entering the crankcase.
