1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Any items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-built machinery, opened chemicals/detergents, and used detailing products.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fee
Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to large machinery, generators, and jetting equipment to cover inspection and handling.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
