The Kit 2746 is a high-precision piston (plunger) replacement kit for Annovi Reverberi (AR) pumps. While the packing kits (like the 2747 you just looked at) handle the rubber seals, this kit replaces the actual solid ceramic cylinders that move back and forth to create pressure.

If your pistons are cracked or pitted, no amount of new seals will stop your pump from leaking.
