The AR 2864 is the heavy-duty “wet end” valve service kit for Annovi Reverberi (AR) industrial-frame pumps. It is a complete six-pack kit, providing all six fully assembled check valves required to restore the suction and discharge cycles of your pump.

This kit is the primary successor to many older valve configurations and is designed for high-cycle durability.

Compatibility

Kit 2864 is the OEM standard for a wide range of large-frame AR pumps:

• RK Series: RK 11.14, RK 15.15, RK 15.20, RK 18.28, RK 21.20.

• RKA Series: RKA 3.5G22, RKA 4G20, RKA 4G30, RKA 4G40.

• RW / RCW Series: RW 13.17, RW 15.15, RCW 11.10, RCW 15.20.

• RR / RG Series: Compatible with select RR, RRA, and RG models (verify with your pump’s breakdown).

When to Replace (Symptoms)

• Pulsating High-Pressure Hose: If the hose is jumping or vibrating while the gun is open, one of the three discharge valves is likely stuck or broken.

• Rapid Gauge Flutter: If your pressure gauge needle is bouncing erratically.

• Hard Starting: If the pump feels like it is “fighting” the engine or motor upon startup (often a discharge valve failing to open).

• Loss of Prime: If the pump won’t pull water from a tank, the suction (inlet) valves are usually worn or clogged with debris.
