Description
The Mosmatic 81.466 (TYR-2f) is the largest model in the fixed-arm series, offering a massive 16-inch cleaning path. It is specifically designed for high-production vertical cleaning in large-scale industrial and commercial environments. Because the arms are fixed, this unit provides maximum impact for vertical drops, making it the industry standard for tall, wide structures.

Core Features
-
Large-Scale Coverage: At 16 inches, this unit is built for large diameter ducts (16″ to 24″+) where smaller cleaners would lose too much water-impact force over the distance to the wall.
-
Fixed Arm Stability (2f): The arms are robotically welded into a fixed position. This ensures they remain perfectly balanced at high RPMs and provide a consistent, aggressive spray angle against the walls of a vertical shaft.
-
Precision Swiss Swivel: Powered by the Mosmatic reinforced carbide-seal swivel. It is self-lubricating and designed to withstand the high torque generated by the longer 16-inch rotating arms.
-
Protective Outer Cage: Includes a full stainless steel shroud/cage that protects the spray arms from catching on duct seams, rivets, or structural supports during operation.
Common Applications
-
Commercial Trash Chutes: The standard tool for cleaning vertical garbage drops in high-rise apartment complexes and hotels.
-
Large Restaurant Exhausts: Used in high-volume industrial kitchens with oversized vertical ventilation shafts.
-
Manholes and Wet Wells: Cleaning the vertical walls of large municipal sewer access points.
-
Industrial Silos & Tanks: Sanitizing the interior of large storage vessels and silos.
Nozzle Selection Guide
To ensure the unit rotates and cleans effectively, you must install two 1/8″ MEG nozzles. The orifice size must be matched to your pressure washer’s GPM to maintain 4,000 PSI.
| Machine GPM | Recommended Nozzle Size (x2) | Total Orifice |
| 4.0 GPM | #2.0 | 4.0 |
| 5.5 GPM | #2.5 or #3.0 | 5.0 – 6.0 |
| 8.0 GPM | #4.0 | 8.0 |
