This 1/4″ x 1.5″ Nipple is a short pipe segment featuring Male Pipe Threads (MPT) on both ends. It serves as a standard “connector” or “spacer” in low-flow plumbing, instrumentation, and chemical injection systems.

Key Features

• 1.5″ Total Length: Unlike a “close” nipple, this 1.5-inch version has a small unthreaded section in the center. This provides a clear area to grip with a wrench, preventing damage to the threads during installation.

• Schedule 40 (SCH 40): Heavy-duty industrial wall thickness. It is designed to withstand the high-frequency vibration of gas engines and the mechanical stress of being mounted on mobile skids.

• 304 Stainless Steel: The gold standard for chemical resistance in soft wash and industrial cleaning. It is impervious to Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach), soaps, and surfactants.
