Description
This Brass Reducing Elbow (also known as a 90-degree reducing socket elbow) is engineered to join two different sizes of male pipe threaded lines or fittings at a sharp 90-degree angle. Machined from premium solid brass, this fitting features a 1/2″ female pipe thread on one port and a 3/8″ female pipe thread on the other, providing a seamless size transition and direction change for low-to-medium pressure fluid and pneumatic systems.

Product Highlights
-
90° Fluid Redirection & Size Reduction: Combines a directional turn and a line size reduction into a single component, eliminating the need for a separate elbow and reducing bushing combination.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Material: Solid brass construction provides exceptional natural resistance to rust, scale, and environmental degradation. It is highly reliable for systems involving water, oil, gas, compressed air, and automotive fluids.
-
Heavy-Walled Profile: Built with a rugged profile that features flat, machined wrench surfaces on the exterior. This allows open-end or adjustable wrenches to easily grip the elbow for high-torque tightening without distorting the internal threads.
-
Precision-Cut NPT Threads: Manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure deep thread engagement and a dependable, leak-proof seal when mated with standard male pipe fittings.
